The Pure River of Life

22 And he shewed (showed) me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) and of the Lamb (Yahusha).

In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his (His) servants (bond-servants) shall serve him (Him):

And they shall see his (His) face; and his (His) name shall be in their foreheads.

And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God (Adonai Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) giveth (gives) them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God (Adonai Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of the holy prophets sent his (His) angel to shew unto (show to) his (His) servants the things which must shortly be done.

Jesus (Yahusha) will Come Quickly

Behold (See), I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth (keeps) the sayings of the prophecy of this book (Book).

And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed (showed) me these things.

Then saith (says) he unto me, See thou (you) do it not: for I am thy fellowservant (your fellow servant), and of thy brethren (your fellow believers) the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah).

(AMP Bible: But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll. Worship God!”)

10 And he saith (says) unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand (for the time [of their fulfillment] is near).

11 He that is unjust (does wrong), let him be unjust still (continue to do wrong): and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still (continue to be righteous): and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

The Bright and Morning Star

12 And, behold (see), I come quickly; and my (My) reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning (Beginning) and the end (End), the first and the last.

14 Blessed are they that do his (His) commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie (and everyone who loves and practices falsehood).

(NOTE: sorcerer (noun) = magician, mage, wizard, witch, warlock, necromancer, conjuror, enchanter, shaman, conjurer)

16 I Jesus (Yahusha) have sent mine (My) angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David (Offspring of David), and the bright and morning star (Morning Star).

17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth (hears) say, Come. And let him that is athirst come (And let the one who is thirsty come). And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Come, Lord Jesus (Adon Yahusha)

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth (hears) the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) shall take away his part out of the book of life (the Book of Life), and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

20 He which testifieth (testifies) these things saith (says) , Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus (Adon Yahusha).

(NOTE: Amen (adverb) = אָמֵן (Hebrew 543) – An Abrahamic declaration of affirmation which is first found in the Hebrew Bible. It means truly / verily / so be it)

21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (Adon Yahusha ha’Mashiach) be with you all. Amen.

God’s (Elohim’s) Great Love for Israel

1 The burden of the word of the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) to Israel by Malachi.

I have loved you, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah). Yet ye (you) say, Wherein hast thou loved us (“How have you loved us”)? Was not Esau Jacob’s brother? saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah): yet I loved Jacob,

And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

Whereas Edom saith (says), We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places (and will rebuild the ruins); thus saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) hath indignation (has anger) for ever.

And your eyes shall see, and ye (you) shall say, The Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) will be magnified from the border of Israel.

The Priest Dishonour the LORD (ADONAI)

A son honoureth (honors) his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine (My) honour? and if I be a master, where is my (My) fear? saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my (My) name. And ye (you) say, Wherein have we despised thy (your) name?

Ye (You) offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye (you) say, Wherein have we polluted thee (you)? In that ye (you) say, The table of the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) is contemptible.

And if ye (you) offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye (you) offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? offer it now unto thy (your) governor; will he be pleased with thee (you), or accept thy (your) person? saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

And now, I pray you, beseech God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) that he will be gracious unto us: this hath (has) been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

10 Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought (nothing)? neither do ye kindle (do you flame) fire on mine (My) altar for nought (nothing). I have no pleasure in you, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.

11 For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my (My) name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my (My) name, and a pure offering: for my (My) name shall be great among the heathen, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

(NOTE: heathen (noun) = An old-fashioned and offensive word for someone who has no religion, or belongs to a religion that is not Christianity, Judaism, or Islam; nations [unbelievers of  𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah]; Gentiles / idolaters / nations)

12 But ye (you) have profaned it, in that ye (you) say, The table of the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) is polluted; and the fruit thereof, even his meat, is contemptible.

13 Ye (You) said also, Behold (See), what a weariness is it! and ye (you) have snuffed at it, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts; and ye (you) brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye (you) brought an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah).

14 But cursed be the deceiver, which hath (has) in his flock a male, and voweth (vows), and sacrificeth (sacrifices) unto the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen.

The Punishment of the Priests

2 And now, O ye (you) priests, this commandment is for you.

If ye (you) will not hear, and if ye (you) will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my (My) name, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea (yes), I have cursed them already, because ye (you) do not lay it to heart.

3 Behold (See), I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.

And ye (you) shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name.

The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity (sin) was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.

For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

The Corruption of the Priests

But ye (you) are departed out of the way; ye (you) have caused many to stumble at the law; ye (you) have corrupted the covenant of Levi, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

Therefore have I also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as ye (you) have not kept my ways, but have been partial in the law.

Judah’s Treacherous Dealings

10 Have we not all one father? hath (has) not one God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) created us? why do we deal treacherously (traitorously) every man against his brother, by profaning (violating) the covenant (agreement) of our fathers?

11 Judah hath (has) dealt treacherously (traitorously), and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath (has) profaned the holiness of the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) which he loved, and hath (has) married the daughter of a strange god.

12 The Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) will cut off the man that doeth (who does) this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth (offers) an offering unto the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

13 And this have ye (you) done again, covering the altar of the Lord with tears, with weeping, and with crying out, insomuch that he regardeth (He regards) not the offering any more, or receiveth (receives) it with good will at your hand.

(AMP Bible: 13 Another thing you do: You flood the Lord’s altar with tears. You weep and wail because he no longer looks with favor on your offerings or accepts them with pleasure from your hands.)

14 Yet ye (you) say, Wherefore (Why)? Because the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) hath (has) been witness between thee (you) and the wife of thy (your) youth, against whom thou hast (you have) dealt treacherously (traitorously): yet is she thy (your) companion, and the wife of thy (your) covenant (agreement).

15 And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.

(AMP Bible: 15 Has not the one God made you? You belong to him in body and spirit. And what does the one God seek? Godly offspring. So be on your guard, and do not be unfaithful to the wife of your youth.)

16 For the Lord (Adonai), the God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of Israel, saith (says) that he hateth (He hates) putting away: for one covereth (covers) violence with his garment, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye (you) deal not treacherously.

17 Ye (You) have wearied the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) with your words. Yet ye (you) say, Wherein (How) have we wearied him (Him)? When ye (you) say, Every one that doeth (who does) evil is good in the sight of the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), and he delighteth (and He is pleased) in them; or, Where is the God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of judgment?

The Messenger of the Covenant

3 Behold (See), I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), whom ye (you) seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye (you) delight in: behold (look), he shall come, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

But who may abide (endure) the day of his (His) coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth (when He appears)? for he (He) is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap (and like launderer’s soap [which removes impurities and uncleanness]):

And he (He) shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) an offering in righteousness.

Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), as in the days of old, and as in former years.

And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift (prompt) witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling (laborer) in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

For I am the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), I change not; therefore ye (you) sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Robbing God (Elohim) of His Offerings

Even from the days of your fathers ye (you) are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me (Me), and I will return unto you, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts. But ye (you) said, Wherein shall we return?

Will a man rob God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah)? Yet ye (you) have robbed me (Me). But ye (you) say, Wherein have we robbed thee (You)? In tithes (the tenth) and offerings.

Ye (You) are cursed with a curse: for ye (you) have robbed me, even this whole nation.

10 Bring ye (you) all the tithes (the tenth) into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine (My) house, and prove me (Me) now herewith, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye (you) shall be a delightsome land, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

13 Your words have been stout (harsh) against me (Me), saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah). Yet ye (you) say, What have we spoken so much against thee (you)?

14 Ye (You) have said, It is vain to serve God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah): and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance (His decree), and that we have walked mournfully before the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts?

15 And now we call the proud happy; yea (yes), they that work wickedness are set up; yea (yes), they that tempt God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) are even delivered.

16 Then they that feared the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) spake (spoke) often one to another: and the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) hearkened (paid attention), and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), and that thought upon his (His) name.

17 And they shall be mine (Mine), saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth (spares) his own son that serveth (who serves) him.

18 Then shall ye (you) return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth (who serves) God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) and him that serveth him not (who does not serve God (Elohim / Aluahym; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah)).

The Destruction of the Wicked

4 For, behold (see), the day cometh (is coming), that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea (yes), and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh (comes) shall burn them up, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

But unto you that fear my (My) name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his (its) wings; and ye (you) shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

And ye (you) shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith (says) the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) of hosts.

Remember the Law of Moses

Remember ye (you) the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes (written laws) and judgments.

5 Behold (See), I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord (Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah):

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite (strike) the earth with a curse.
