The Widow’s Offering

21 And he (He) looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.

And he (He) saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither (there) two mites (coins).

And he (He) said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast (has put) in more than they all:

For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah: but she of her penury (poverty) hath cast (has put) in all the living that she had.

Yahusha Foretells the Future

And as some spake (spoke) of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he (He) said,

As for these things which ye behold (you see), the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

And they asked him (Him), saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?

And he (He) said, Take heed that ye (you) be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Mashiach; and the time draweth (draws) near: go ye (you) not therefore after them.

But when ye (you) shall hear of wars and commotions (disturbances), be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

10 Then said he (He) unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.

13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye (you) shall answer:

15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries (enemies) shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

16 And ye (you) shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren (brothers), and kinsfolks (relatives), and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

17 And ye (you) shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake.

18 But there shall not an (a) hair of your head perish.

19 In your patience possess ye your souls (you will gain your souls).

The Ark Brought to the Temple

8 Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto king Solomon in Jerusalem, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah out of the city of David, which is Zion.

And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

And all the elders of Israel came, and the priests took up the ark.

And they brought up the ark of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, even those did the priests and the Levites bring up.

And king Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel, that were assembled unto him, were with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen, that could not be told nor numbered for multitude.

And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant (Covenant) of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah unto his place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubims.

For the cherubims spread forth their two wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubims covered the ark and the staves thereof above.

And they drew out the staves, that the ends of the staves were seen out in the holy place before the oracle, and they were not seen without: and there they are unto this day.

There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone, which Moses put there at Horeb, when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.

Solomon Praises the ADONAI

10 And it came to pass (And it indeed happened), when the priests were come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah,

11 So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud: for the glory of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah had filled the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah

12 Then spake (spoke) Solomon, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah said that he would dwell in the thick darkness.

13 I have surely built thee an (You a) house to dwell (live) in, a settled place for thee (You) to abide (stay) in for ever.

14 And the king turned his face about, and blessed all the congregation of Israel: (and all the congregation of Israel stood;)

15 And he said, Baruk be 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah Elohim of Israel, which spake (spoke) with his mouth unto David my father, and hath (has) with his hand fulfilled it, saying,

16 Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build an house, that my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.

17 And it was in the heart of David my father to build an house for the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah Elohim of Israel.

18 And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah said unto David my father, Whereas it was in thine (Your) heart to build an house unto my name, thou didst (You did) well that it was in thine (Your) heart.

19 Nevertheless thou shalt not build the house; but thy (your) son that shall come forth out of thy (your) loins, he shall build the house unto my name.

20 And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah hath (has) performed his word that he spake (spoke), and I am risen up in the room of David my father, and sit on the throne of Israel, as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah promised, and have built an house for the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah Elohim of Israel.

21 And I have set there a place for the ark, wherein is the covenant of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, which he made with our fathers, when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.

Solomon’s Prayer of Dedication

22 And Solomon stood before the altar of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah in the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward heaven:

23 And he said, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah Elohim of Israel, there is no Elohim like thee (You), in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keepest (keeps) covenant and mercy with thy (Your) servants that walk before thee (You) with all their heart:

24 Who hast (has) kept with thy (your) servant David my father that thou promisedst (you promised) him: thou spakest (you spoke) also with thy (your) mouth, and hast (has) fulfilled it with thine (your) hand, as it is this day.

25 Therefore now, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah Elohim of Israel, keep with thy (Your) servant David my father that thou promisedst (You promised) him, saying, There shall not fail thee (You) a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; so that thy (Your) children take heed to their way, that they walk before me as thou hast (You have) walked before me.

26 And now, O Elohim / Aluahym of Israel, let thy (Your) word, I pray thee (You), be verified, which thou spakest unto thy (You spoke to Your) servant David my father.

27 But will Elohim / Aluahym indeed dwell (live) on the earth? behold (See), the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee (you); how much less this house that I have builded (built)?

28 Yet have thou (You) respect unto the prayer of thy (Your) servant, and to his supplication, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah my Elohim, to hearken unto (pay attention to) the cry and to the prayer, which thy (Your) servant prayeth (pray) before thee (You) to day:

29 That thine (Your) eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which thou hast (You have) said, My name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken unto (that You may listen to) the prayer which thy (Your) servant shall make toward this place.

30 And hearken thou (pay attention You) to the supplication of thy (Your) servant, and of thy (Your) people Israel, when they shall pray toward this place: and hear thou (You) in heaven thy (Your) dwelling place: and when thou hearest (You hear), forgive.

31 If any man trespass against his neighbour, and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear, and the oath come before thine (Your) altar in this house:

32 Then hear thou (You) in heaven, and do, and judge thy (Your) servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way upon his head; and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.

33 When thy (Your) people Israel be smitten down before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee (You), and shall turn again to thee (You), and confess thy (Your) name, and pray, and make supplication unto thee (You) in this house:

34 Then hear thou (You) in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy (Your) people Israel, and bring them again unto the land which thou gavest unto (You gave to) their fathers.

35 When heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee (You); if they pray toward this place, and confess thy (your) name, and turn from their sin, when thou afflictest (You afflicted) them:

36 Then hear thou (You) in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy (your) servants, and of thy (your) people Israel, that thou (You) teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give rain upon thy (your) land, which thou hast (You have) given to thy (your) people for an inheritance.

37 If there be in the land famine, if there be pestilence, blasting, mildew, locust, or if there be caterpiller; if their enemy besiege (surround) them in the land of their cities; whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness there be;

38 What prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, which shall know every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house:

39 Then hear thou (You) in heaven thy (Your) dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest (you know); (for thou (You) , even thou only, knowest (know) the hearts of all the children of men;)

40 That they may fear thee (You) all the days that they live in the land which thou gavest (You gave) unto our fathers.

41 Moreover concerning a stranger, that is not of thy (your) people Israel, but cometh (comes) out of a far country for thy (your) name’s sake;

42 (For they shall hear of thy (Your) great name, and of thy (Your) strong hand, and of thy (Your) stretched out arm;) when he shall come and pray toward this house;

43 Hear thou (You) in heaven thy (Your) dwelling place, and do according to all that the stranger calleth (calls) to thee (You) for: that all people of the earth may know thy (Your) name, to fear thee (You), as do thy (your) people Israel; and that they may know that this house, which I have builded (built), is called by thy (Your) name.

44 If thy (Your) people go out to battle against their enemy, whithersoever thou shalt (You shall) send them, and shall pray unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah toward the city which thou hast (You have) chosen, and toward the house that I have built for thy (Your) name:

45 Then hear thou (You) in heaven their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause.

46 If they sin against thee (You), (for there is no man that sinneth (sinned) not,) and thou (You) be angry with them, and deliver them to the enemy, so that they carry them away captives unto the land of the enemy, far or near;

47 Yet if they shall bethink themselves in the land whither they were carried captives, and repent, and make supplication unto thee (You) in the land of them that carried them captives, saying, We have sinned, and have done perversely, we have committed wickedness;

48 And so return unto thee (You) with all their heart, and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies, which led them away captive, and pray unto thee (You) toward their land, which thou gavest unto (You gave to) their fathers, the city which thou hast (You have) chosen, and the house which I have built for thy (Your) name:

49 Then hear thou (You) their prayer and their supplication in heaven thy (Your) dwelling place, and maintain their cause,

50 And forgive thy (Your) people that have sinned against thee (You), and all their transgressions wherein they have transgressed (committed) against thee (You), and give them compassion before them who carried them captive, that they may have compassion on them:

51 For they be thy (Your) people, and thine (Your) inheritance, which thou broughtest (You brought) forth out of Egypt, from the midst of the furnace of iron:

52 That thine (Your) eyes may be open unto the supplication of thy (Your) servant, and unto the supplication of thy (Your) people Israel, to hearken unto (pay attention) them in all that they call for unto thee (You).

53 For thou didst (You did) separate them from among all the people of the earth, to be thine (your) inheritance, as thou spakest (You spoke) by the hand of Moses thy (your) servant, when thou broughtest (You brought) our fathers out of Egypt, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah Elohim.

The Dedication of the Temple

54 And it was so, that when Solomon had made an end of praying all this prayer and supplication unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, he arose from before the altar of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread up to heaven.

55 And he stood, and baruk all the congregation of Israel with a loud voice, saying,

56 Baruk be 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, that hath (has) given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath (has) not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.

57 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah our Elohim be with us, as he (He) was with our fathers: let him (Him) not leave us, nor forsake us:

58 That he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.

59 And let these my words, wherewith I have made supplication before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, be nigh unto (near to) 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah our Elohim day and night, that he maintain the cause of his servant, and the cause of his people Israel at all times, as the matter shall require:

60 That all the people of the earth may know that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah is Elohim, and that there is none else.

61 Let your heart therefore be perfect with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah our Elohim, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day.

62 And the king, and all Israel with him, offered sacrifice before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah.

63 And Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings, which he offered unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, two and twenty thousand oxen, and an hundred and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah.

64 The same day did the king hallow the middle of the court that was before the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah: for there he offered burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings: because the brasen altar that was before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah was too little to receive the burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.

65 And at that time Solomon held a feast, and all Israel with him, a great congregation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the river of Egypt, before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah our Elohim, seven days and seven days, even fourteen days.

66 On the eighth day he sent the people away: and they baruk the king, and went unto their tents joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah had done for David his servant, and for Israel his people.

The ADONAI’S Response to Solomon

9 And it came to pass (And it indeed happened), when Solomon had finished the building of the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, and the king’s house, and all Solomon’s desire which he was pleased to do,

That 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah appeared to Solomon the second time, as he had appeared unto him at Gibeon.

And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah said unto him, I have heard thy (your) prayer and thy (your) supplication, that thou hast (you have) made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast (you have) built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.

And if thou wilt (you will) walk before me, as David thy (your) father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded thee (you), and wilt (will) keep my statutes and my judgments:

Then I will establish the throne of thy (your) kingdom upon Israel for ever, as I promised to David thy (your) father, saying, There shall not fail thee (you) a man upon the throne of Israel.

But if ye (you) shall at all turn from following me, ye (you) or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them:

Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people:

And at this house, which is high, every one that passeth (passes) by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, Why hath (has) 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah done thus unto this land, and to this house?

And they shall answer, Because they forsook 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah their Elohim, who brought forth their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and have taken hold upon other gods, and have worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath (has) 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah brought upon them all this evil.

Solomon’s Agreement with Hiram

10 And it came to pass (And it indeed happened) at the end of twenty years, when Solomon had built the two houses, the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, and the king’s house,

11 (Now Hiram the king of Tyre had furnished Solomon with cedar trees and fir trees, and with gold, according to all his desire,) that then king Solomon gave Hiram twenty cities in the land of Galilee.

12 And Hiram came out from Tyre to see the cities which Solomon had given him; and they pleased him not.

13 And he said, What cities are these which thou hast (you have) given me, my brother? And he called them the land of Cabul unto this day.

14 And Hiram sent to the king sixscore (120) talents of gold.

Solomon’s Many Achievements

15 And this is the reason of the levy which king Solomon raised; for to build the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, and his own house, and Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, and Megiddo, and Gezer.

16 For Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up, and taken Gezer, and burnt it with fire, and slain (killed) the Canaanites that dwelt in the city, and given it for a present unto his daughter, Solomon’s wife.

17 And Solomon built Gezer, and Bethhoron the nether,

18 And Baalath, and Tadmor in the wilderness, in the land,

19 And all the cities of store that Solomon had, and cities for his chariots, and cities for his horsemen, and that which Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.

20 And all the people that were left of the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, which were not of the children of Israel,

21 Their children that were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel also were not able utterly to destroy, upon those did Solomon levy a tribute of bondservice unto this day.

22 But of the children of Israel did Solomon make no bondmen: but they were men of war, and his servants, and his princes, and his captains, and rulers of his chariots, and his horsemen.

23 These were the chief of the officers that were over Solomon’s work, five hundred and fifty, which bare rule over the people that wrought in the work.

24 But Pharaoh’s daughter came up out of the city of David unto her house which Solomon had built for her: then did he build Millo.

25 And three times in a year did Solomon offer burnt offerings and peace offerings upon the altar which he built unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, and he burnt incense upon the altar that was before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah. So he finished the house.

26 And king Solomon made a navy of ships in Eziongeber, which is beside Eloth, on the shore of the Red sea, in the land of Edom.

27 And Hiram sent in the navy his servants, shipmen that had knowledge of the sea, with the servants of Solomon.

28 And they came to Ophir, and fetched from thence gold, four hundred and twenty talents, and brought it to king Solomon.

Having difficulties to discipline yourself to read the Holy Bible daily? Then you are in trouble! Stop deceiving yourselves!

WARNING from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah Himself: The Word of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah warned that if we do not have His word abiding (remaining) in us, then we are NOT believers (NOT saved)! WAKE UP PEOPLE! Read John 5:38:-

John 5:38 King James Version (KJV)
And ye (you) have not his word (His Word) abiding (remaining) in you: for whom he hath (He / Yahuah has) sent, him ye believe not (Him you not believe).

Galatians 6:7 King James Version (KJV)

Colossians 2:8 King James Version (KJV)
Beware lest any man (Beware, otherwise others may) spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit (deception), after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Mashiach (following the elementary principles of this world, rather than following [the truth—the teachings of] Mashiach).

1 Thessalonians 5:11 King James Version (KJV)
“Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye (you) do.”

Hebrews 3:13 King James Version (KJV)

(AMP BIBLE: 1 Do not judge and criticize and condemn [others unfairly with an attitude of self-righteous superiority as though assuming the office of a judge], so that you will not be judged [unfairly].)

For with what judgment ye (you) judge, ye (you) shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete (you punish), it shall be measured to you again.

(AMP BIBLE: 2 For just as you [hypocritically] judge others [when you are sinful and unrepentant], so will you be judged; and in accordance with your standard of measure [used to pass out judgment], judgment will be measured to you.)

And why beholdest thou the mote (And why do you look at the tiny piece / speck) that is in thy (your) brother’s eye, but considerest (consider / notice) not the beam (long timber / log) that is in thine (your) own eye?

Or how wilt thou (will you) say to thy (your) brother, Let me pull out the mote (tiny piece / speck) out of thine (your) eye; and, behold (look), a beam (long timber / log) is in thine (your) own eye?

Thou (You) hypocrite, first cast (throw) out the beam out of thine (your) own eye; and then shalt thou see (shall you) clearly to cast (throw) out the mote (tiny piece / speck) out of thy (your) brother’s eye.

Matthew 6:14-15 King James Version (KJV)

14 For if ye (you) forgive men their trespasses (wrongdoings / sins), your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

17 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH Yahuah sent not his (did not send His) Son into the world to condemn (disapprove) the world; but that the world through him (Him) might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him (believes [and] decided to trust Him [as personal Savior and Adon]) is not condemned: but he that believeth not believeth (but he that does not believe) is condemned already, because he hath (has) not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah [which is Yahusha ha’Mashiach].
