Yahusha Foretells the Future (continuation)
21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo (Look), here is ha’Mashiach (the Messiah); or, lo (look), he is there; believe him not:
22 For false messiahs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew (show) signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect (the chosen / selected by Elohim) .
23 But take ye (you) heed: behold (see), I have foretold you all things.
24 But in those days, after that tribulation (great suffering), the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.
The Son of Man’s Coming
26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect (His chosen, selected) from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth (puts) forth leaves, ye (you) know that summer is near:
29 So ye (you) in like manner, when ye (you) shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh (near), even at the doors.
30 Verily (Truly) I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
Watch and Pray
32 But of that day and that hour knoweth (knows) no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
33 Take ye (you) heed, watch and pray: for ye (you) know not when the time is.
34 For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter (doorkeeper) to watch.
35 Watch ye (you) therefore: for ye (you) know not when the master of the house cometh (comes), at even (evening), or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing (rooster crowing), or in the morning:
36 Lest (To avoid the risk of) coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

Priests Prepare Israel for Battle
20 When thou goest (you go) out to battle against thine (your) enemies, and seest (see) horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou (you), be not afraid of them: for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah your Elohim is with thee (you), which brought thee (you) up out of the land of Egypt.
2 And it shall be, when ye (you) are come nigh unto (near to) the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people,
3 And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye (you) approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye (you) terrified because of them;
4 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah your Elohim is he that goeth (goes) with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
Reasons for Exemption from Battle
5 And the officers shall speak unto the people, saying, What man is there that hath (has) built a new house, and hath (has) not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he die (otherwise he might die) in the battle, and another man dedicate it.
6 And what man is he that hath (has) planted a vineyard, and hath (has) not yet eaten of it? let him also go and return unto his house, lest he die (otherwise he might die) in the battle, and another man eat of it.
7 And what man is there that hath (has) betrothed a wife, and hath (has) not taken her? let him go and return unto his house, lest he die (otherwise he might die) in the battle, and another man take her.
8 And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they shall say, What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren’s (otherwise his brothers’) heart faint as well as his heart.
9 And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking unto the people that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people.
War with Outsiders
10 When thou comest nigh unto (When you come near to) a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace unto it.
11 And it shall be, if it make thee (you) answer of peace, and open unto thee (you), then it shall be, that all the people that is found therein shall be tributaries unto thee (you), and they shall serve thee (you).
12 And if it will make no peace with thee (you), but will make war against thee (you), then thou shalt (you shall) besiege (surround) it:
13 And when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah your Elohim hath (has) delivered it into thine (your) hands, thou shalt (you shall) smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword:
14 But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou (shall you) take unto thyself (yourself); and thou shalt (you shall) eat the spoil of thine (your) enemies, which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah your Elohim hath (has) given thee (you).
15 Thus shalt thou (shall you) do unto all the cities which are very far off from thee (you), which are not of the cities of these nations.
War with Rebellious Cities
16 But of the cities of these people, which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah your Elohim doth (does) give thee (you) for an inheritance, thou shalt (you shall) save alive nothing that breatheth (breathes):
17 But thou shalt (you shall) utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah your Elohim hath (has) commanded thee (you):
18 That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye (you) sin against 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah your Elohim.
19 When thou shalt (you shall) besiege (surround) a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt (you shall) not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them: for thou mayest (you may) eat of them, and thou shalt (you shall) not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man’s life) to employ them in the siege:
20 Only the trees which thou knowest (you know) that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt (you shall) destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt (you shall) build bulwarks (defensive walls) against the city that maketh (makes) war with thee (you), until it be subdued (defeated).

2 Then thy (your) elders and thy (your) judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:
3 And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath (has) not been wrought (worked) with, and which hath (has) not drawn in the yoke;
4 And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley:
(NOTE: heifer (noun) = a young female cow that has not yet given birth to a calf)
5 And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah your Elohim hath (has) chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:
6 And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:
7 And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.
8 Be merciful, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah, unto thy (your) people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy (your) people of Israel’s charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.

11 And seest (see) among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast (have) a desire unto her, that thou wouldest (you would) have her to thy (your) wife;
12 Then thou shalt (you shall) bring her home to thine (your) house, and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;
13 And she shall put the raiment (clothing) of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine (your) house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt (you shall) go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy (your) wife.
14 And it shall be, if thou (you) have no delight in her, then thou shalt (you shall) let her go whither (wherever) she will; but thou shalt (you shall) not sell her at all for money, thou shalt (you shall) not make merchandise of her, because thou hast (you have) humbled her.
The Firstborn’s Inheritance
15 If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:
16 Then it shall be, when he maketh (makes) his sons to inherit that which he hath (has), that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:
17 But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath (has): for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.

6 If a bird’s nest chance to be before thee (you) in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt (you shall) not take the dam with the young:

14 And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:
15 Then shall the father of the damsel (maiden / girl) , and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel’s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:
16 And the damsel’s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth (hates) her;
17 And, lo (look), he hath (has) given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy (your) daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

18 He that believeth on him (believes [and] decided to trust Him [as personal Savior and Adon]) is not condemned: but he that believeth not believeth (but he that does not believe) is condemned already, because he hath (has) not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah [which is Yahusha ha’Mashiach].

“If ye (you) will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart (you will not take it seriously), to give glory unto my (My) name, saith (says) Adonai; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / YHUH / Yahuah of hosts, I WILL EVEN SEND A CURSE UPON YOU, and I will curse your blessings: yea (yes), I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart (because you do not take it seriously).”
EDIFY AND ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER ALWAYS:-

But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
