Avoiding Lawsuits with Christians

6 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?

Do ye (you) not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye (you) unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

Know ye (you) not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain (related) to this life?

If then ye (you) have judgments of things pertaining (relating) to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed (admired) in the church.

I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren (brothers)?

But brother goeth (goes) to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.

Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye (you) go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong (Why not rather be wronged)? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded (Why not rather be defrauded)?

Nay (No), ye (you) do wrong, and defraud (swindle, cheat, deceive), and that your brethren (brothers).

Know ye not that (Do you not know that) the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God (Elohim; Yahuah)? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God (Elohim; Yahuah).

11 And such were some of you: but ye (you) are washed, but ye (you) are sanctified (purified), but ye (you) are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus (Aḏon Yahusha), and by the Spirit of our God.

Avoiding Sexual Sin

12 All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient (beneficial): all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God (Elohim; Yahuah) shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord (Aḏon; Yahusha); and the Lord (Aḏon; Yahusha) for the body.

(NOTE: fornication = voluntary sexual intercourse between unmarried persons or outside of marriage)

14 And God hath (And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah / Yah has) both raised up the Lord (Aḏon; Yahusha), and will also raise up us by his own power.

15 Know ye (you) not that your bodies are the members of Christ (Mashiach)? shall I then take the members of Christ (Mashiach), and make them the members of an harlot (a prostitute)? God (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah / Yah) forbid.

16 What? know ye (you) not that he which is joined to an harlot (a prostitute) is one body? for two, saith (says) he, shall be one flesh.

17 But he that is joined unto the Lord (Aḏon; Yahusha) is one spirit.

18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth (does) is without the body; but he that committeth (commits) fornication sinneth (sins) against his own body.

19 What? know ye (you) not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit / Ruach HaKodesh) which is in you, which ye (you) have of God (Elohim; Yahuah), and ye (you) are not your own?

20 For ye (you) are bought with a price: therefore glorify God (Elohim; Yahuah) in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s (Yahuah’s).

113 Praise ye the Lord (HalleluYah!). Praise, O ye (you) servants of the (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah / Yah / Aḏonai), praise the name of the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah / Yah / Aḏonai).

Blessed be the name of the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) from this time forth and for evermore.

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.

The Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

Who is like unto the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) our God (Elohim; Yahuah), who dwelleth (lives) on high,

Who humbleth (humbles) himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!

He raiseth (raises) up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth (lifts) the needy out of the dunghill;

That he (He) may set him (Him) with princes, even with the princes of his (His) people.

He maketh (makes) the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord (HalleluYah!).

Psalm 114
King James Version audio with speed control:-
(NOTE: To pause and to play again, press Fn + F5 on your keyboard)

Background music:-

114 When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;

Judah was his (His) sanctuary, and Israel his (His) dominion.

The sea saw it, and fled: Jordan was driven back.

The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs.

What ailed thee (What is troubling you) , O thou (you) sea, that thou fleddest (that you flee)? thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back (O Jordan, that you turn back)?

Ye (You) mountains, that ye (you) skipped like rams; and ye (you) little hills, like lambs?

Tremble, thou (you) earth, at the presence of the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), at the presence of the God (Elohim) of Jacob;

Which turned the rock into a standing water, the flint (a hard gray rock) into a fountain of waters.

Psalm 115
King James Version audio with speed control:-
(NOTE: To pause and to play again, press Fn + F5 on your keyboard)

Background music:-

115 Not unto us, O Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), not unto us, but unto thy (Your) name give glory, for thy (Your) mercy, and for thy (Your) truth’s sake.

Wherefore should the heathen (nations) say, Where is now their God (Elohim; Yahuah)?

But our God (Elohim; Yahuah) is in the heavens: he hath (He has) done whatsoever he hath (He has) pleased.

Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.

They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:

They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:

They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.

They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth (trust) in them.

O Israel, trust thou (you) in the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah): he (He) is their help and their shield.

10 O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah): he (He) is their help and their shield.

11 Ye (You) that fear the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), trust in the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah): he (He) is their help and their shield.

12 The Lord hath (has) been mindful of us: he (He) will bless us; he (He) will bless the house of Israel; he (He) will bless the house of Aaron.

13 He will bless them that fear the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), both small and great.

14 The Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) shall increase you more and more, you and your children.

15 Ye (You) are blessed of the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) which made heaven and earth.

16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s (are of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) but the earth hath he (has He) given to the children of men.

17 The dead praise not the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah), neither any that go down into silence.

18 But we will bless the Lord (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 / Yahuah) from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the Lord (Hallelu-Yah!).
