Ingredients
* 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
* ΒΌ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 shallot, minced
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* Juice of Β½ a lemon
* Zest of 1 lemon
* 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* Β½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, garlic, and shallot.
2. Incorporate flavors: Add the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and zest. Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
3. Season: Sprinkle in the black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
