Our services are free of charge whether on this webpage or on IMVU. You do not have to pay us any money. We work together as a team and we pray that our free services will be a blessing to all.
We are operating as a family in Christ volunteers and not as a company. Therefore, no license is required.
In this page you can get someone to talk to you, pray along with or for you, read the Bible with you or even do Bible study together with. Just let us know how can we help you.
We have a group of caring Christian counselors on duty at different times. You can scroll down to see the DUTY ROSTER to see when are they on duty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Our counselling services are free of charge. We love you enough to sacrifice our time to help you. However, the time allocation for each counselling is: One session per week , each session for one hour.
Anyone who is not able to attend, please try to inform at least one day ahead unless it is an emergency or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2) Our fairly duty is help to remind you that God / Jesus Christ is THE Counsellor and that God’s answers can be ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ or ‘Wait’. We are not here to give you false hopes nor to tell you that it is ok to carry on with any sin according to the Word of God (The Holy Bible). We are here to guide you back to God / Jesus Christ.
3) Using NICKNAMES are allowed if your good self do not wish to reveal your real names.
4) Both parties are allowed to keep full notes/full chatlog of case records STRICTLY ONLY for follow up purposes for as long as they want to. These are meant to be kept as Private and Confidential (P&C). In order words, the aforementioned case records MUST NOT be posted anywhere including and limited to any mainstream social media OR distributed to the public or to be shared outside of EXPLORATIONS UNITED. It is to ensure quality and privacy of the service, not to shame anyone.
5) Any hinting or soliciting of financial support will not be entertained , reason being we are only offering emotional and spiritual counselling. We are not and will not be providing any financial aids. Our counsellors have the right to report you to the authorities as a scammer if any hinting or soliciting is detected.
6) Both parties have the right to terminate the counselling session any time.
7) By entering to our counselling rooms for counselling whether on this webpage or on IMVU, your conduct shown that you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
(NOTE: Our free of charge counselling services and Daily Devotional Bible Study are made possible through our heavenly Father , Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, our born again Christian counsellors and attorney.)
If there are no counselors online, you can text us by using the WhatsApp button on the bottom left hand side of the screen and we will get back to you as soon as we can. This is due to counselors being on duty on IMVU on a different day and time to suit the day and time of the counselees.
To chat privately with the counselors (if you are using this webpage), click on their names, then click on ‘Direct Message’. In doing so, the conversation will be in private chatroom and is not seen in the public chatroom.
If you have any prayer request, please post your request in the chat so we can pray along with you.
